Refund policy

We grant a period of 14 days after the order has been delivered to you, to return the products (except those products mentioned below, for which the right to return / exchange is excluded). In case you return the goods within the said period, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed. The said period of return will expire after 14 days after the order has been delivered to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the payment made or any costs and will not be able to raise a second request for return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

Note: 

  • It is advisable to pack products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. If found damaged then company will not be liable for a refund.
  • Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two way shipping costs for exchange of clothes.
  • Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a six-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
  • In case of any discrepancy in the status of pick-up of a product arranged by us, (where you claim the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if you successfully furnish the courier slip given by our assigned logistics service provider at the time of the pick-up.

 

EXCEPTIONS and RULES applicable to this policy:

  • Returns/Exchange is not applicable for International Orders.
  • All items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
  • For reasons of hygiene, returns may be declined if there are clear signs of wear, washing, or soiling on the item.
  • The company reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned product's quality does not meet the required standards. In such instances, the product will be returned to the client.
  • If there are any defects or manufacturing issues, kindly provide us with the Order ID, product details, and images via email at info@greatoutfits.in.
  • In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within period of 48 hours.
  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product successfully clears the Quality Control Check. The amount paid for the product will be reimbursed using the same Payment Method used during the purchase. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer.
  • Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges are fixed costs and, as such, are not subject to refunds.
  • When returning or exchanging items from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns for combo packs will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased during discount schemes, offers, sale periods, or using redeemable discount codes cannot be returned or exchanged and are ineligible for refunds.
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
  • For self-ship returns/exchanges the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
  • Great Outfits would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the client.
  • Great Outfits will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake.

 

Non-returnable Products: The list of products that cannot be returned are:

  • No exchange/refund on discounted/sale items.
  • Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually.
  • products with any spots/spoils including but not limited to makeup/lipstick marks.
  • Intimate goods (e.g. Lingerie, Night wear, Lounge wear, other personal products, etc…) or sanitary goods,
  • No exchange/refund on items purchased from Fabrics Section since we cut a specific length as per your need, so exchange/return in that case shall not possible for us.
  • Product that are Perishable in nature such as cosmetics, etc...

    The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Products on the Platform.

    Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, you will receive a notification through email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us.
