•Returns/Exchange is not applicable for International Orders. •All items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging. •For reasons of hygiene, returns may be declined if there are clear signs of wear, washing, or soiling on the item. •The company reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned product's quality does not meet the required standards. The amount paid for the product will be reimbursed using the same Payment Method used during the purchase. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer. •Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges are fixed costs and, as such, are not subject to refunds. •When returning or exchanging items from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns for combo packs will not be accepted. •Products purchased during discount schemes, offers, sale periods, or using redeemable discount codes cannot be returned or exchanged and are ineligible for refunds. •Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Note: It is advisable to pack products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. If found damaged then company will not be liable for a refund. •For self-ship returns/exchanges the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse.
