In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer. •Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges are fixed costs and, as such, are not subject to refunds. •When returning or exchanging items from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns for combo packs will not be accepted. •Products purchased during discount schemes, offers, sale periods, or using redeemable discount codes cannot be returned or exchanged and are ineligible for refunds. •Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Note: It is advisable to pack products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
